The form of association, which if mankind continue to improve, must be expected in the end to predominate, is not that which can exist between a capitalist as chief, and work-people without a voice in the management, but the association of the labourers themselves on terms of equality, collectively owning the capital with which they carry on their operations.

Format
The format is inspired by the HBO series Iconoclasts which featured “an hour of personal conversation and storytelling.” ∇  There are no “hosts” or “guests,” it is simply people talking about their journeys, going against the grain of traditional beliefs and institutions, projecting what the world would be like if they were successful in their efforts.

Launch
We will start by pairing up with the first few guests. For example, Doug Kirkpatrick and Chuck Blakeman on the co-management side and Nathan Schneider on the co-ownership side.
We want diverse Iconoclasts. It could be an experienced co-management practitioner on one hand, and a traditional boss on the other. Other things to consider are age, gender, and ethnicity. The point is to create a high contrast that screams “this works for everybody, including you, the audience.”
Later, these Iconoclasts can recruit other people to record an episode with. We need to make this as frictionless as possible while insisting that the Radical message not be diluted. The whole episode could be all about how “it won’t work,” but the Radical message has to be central. Otherwise, the show won’t be published under the brand, although the participants will get the raw material to use as they see fit.
